We have been cutting marble and granite since 1969: in these 50 years we have taken on all kinds of challenges which have pushed us to always find cutting-edge solutions for our customers – in all senses of the term!
We use not only single-wire and traditional cutting machines but also multi-wire machines, so we can produce pieces of all sizes and thicknesses. Thanks to our exclusive carbon-fibre mat technology – certified by the University of Bologna – since 2003 we have been able to produce slabs as thin as 10 millimetres.

CARBON MAT

Thanks to the use of a special mat in carbon fibre – patented in cooperation with Betontex and certified by the University of Bologna – we can cut slabs as thin as 10mm. These are perfect for anyone who needs a reduction in weight without a reduction in strength.

MULTI-WIRE

Our Breton Gold machine with seventy 6mm-thick wires provides a formidable yield per square metre (e.g. 36sqm of surface at 2cm thickness) with very short cutting times and the ability to take on total thicknesses of up to 2m.

GANG SAW

Our Barsanti traditional cutting-machine production line uses the latest technology to allow us to cut all kinds of materials and – thanks to our carbon-fibre mats – even slabs as thin as 10mm.

SINGLE-WIRE

Large blocks (up to 4.20m in breadth and 2.50m in height) are squared and thick slabs cut using designated single-wire machines.
